Jimmy StewartHostSo I was listening to your show.
I just kinda caught the middle of it.
No, I, I was listening to how you explained the adrenal gland and how it affects the rest of your body, even your skin.
It, it kinda goes back to a theory I've always had about trauma during my childhood and, and autoimmune diseases.
I always thought that they were all connected to my vitiligo, because, you know, there was a, a lot of trauma in my childhood.

It's a great topic to bring up, because we know that, you know, if you think about it at a very basic level, like, we have programming, right, through DNA, and that DNA, once we're, you know, once we're conceived, it has the code to do certain things for the rest of our life.

So it can code how well your liver works, how well your heart works, your brain, and so forth.

And all of that is, is determined, right? But there are other things in our environment that we experience, and trauma is, is one of those.
