Talk about scared straight.
I mean, you said something in presentation, and I hold on to it and have held on to it for five years now, and it keeps me on the straight course, even when that's not the best feeling thing to be doing.
It's good stuff.
So there's one thing I like to chew on first before we start digging in and came out of that last session.
And, you know, Dr. John, you said I'm either a 10 or a zero, right? Yes.
I can remember before my alcoholism even kicked in.
Right.
Which about 35 years old, I really put in gear.
I mean, I had a couple of beers before that, but I mean, that's when it got gear.
But even like early 20s, 20 years old, like right out of college, I remember saying, you know, I'm either on the porch or I'm all in.
Right.
I, you know, I remember seeing a T-shirt down the beach, you know, big dogs laying on the porch or something.
I remember saying, that's me.
I'm either just, you know, a zero on the porch or I am all in.
Sometimes I just accept myself.
But I call it more-ism.
