There's something I noticed and sort of leads into kind of what we're going to be talking about today.

So people who listen to us or friends who listen to me know that I've been on GLP-1s for, you know, I don't know, a year and a half, two years.

Well, no, you know, what's happened is, you know, I got to a weight I was happy with and whatever.

And I've noticed over the past several weeks, because I do weigh myself every day.

And I've noticed that in the past couple of weeks or whatever, I sort of lost a little bit of weight, inadvertently not wanting to.

But I do think it's because of injuries and the schedule of the person that I work out with versus my schedule.

And I really think that it's muscle loss that's causing the weight loss, not anything good.
