Today's episode, we're going to start by kicking off and talking about the very recent DEFRA consultation that came out.

Charlie's job was to collate so much information, and he's done a brilliant job of doing that.

We really needed to collate a lot of that information so that we could, you know, we're taking into account the views of our members, we're taking into account the views of our technical staff, the views of our commercial staff, the general public that talk to us a lot as well.

So I've been now with Heatas and Woodshore as part of the Cleaner Safer group for nine months, and I'm still very much on my learning journey.

So what better way for me to document and to learn than actually just do the podcast, just record it so you can hear me ask some silly questions.

So if I do ask some silly questions, it's probably because I just don't know the answer to it.

I'm going to question why we do certain things and why we don't say certain things.

Because there's always reasons and there's always deeper reasons that I don't know about.

The beauty of the podcast is we can edit out anything that... that doesn't get in.
