So let's name it plainly right now for the person who's listening because, I mean, most people stop at using AI to generate content.

I think, I think the, the wonderful thing is, like, these new tools have come online, and now most of the population today are comfortable using AI to help them author content.

Emails, drafts of proposals, summaries, or the other common kind of use case I see is, "Hey, I've got a large document, and I don't want to spend a half an hour trying to read it and fall asleep and wake up and try to finish it.

Let me just feed it to an LLM and have it come back to me with a summary." Now, there's a optimal way to execute those basic use cases, and, and I think what I'm most often trying to bring to the table is, what is the next evolution of using AI in your business to really think about optimizing or automating a business process or a workflow or, more layman's term, the job that a staff member does on ev- every, every day? And that can be communication back and forth to clients or patients or customers.

That could also be like, "Hey, I gotta run a report every Thursday, and I've got to pull data from three different systems, and I gotta put it into a pretty PowerPoint presentation, and then I've gotta double and triple check the data so it's right, so if I send it to my CEO or my executive team or my board, I'm not gonna get in trouble for sending really bad content."

And most often, how much time is that consuming a day? Probably two to four hours of my Thursday is spent just, "Oh, God, I gotta do this again.

I have a template, but it's a pain in the butt, and I really hate to do it." So those are the things that are causing angst and friction and a level of discomfort with the people that are doing the jobs.

How can you use AI to automate that away so now, as a staff member of a business, you can elevate yourself to more higher value work, spending more time with your clients or prospects? And that's kind of the evolution here.

So moving away from-- Not away, moving off of, "Hey, I have this tool, GPT or Gemini or Claude, that's helping me author content." The next evolution is, which is here today, is basically, "Hey, can I automate this multi-step job that I do every Thursday that takes me four hours, and can I have AI do it for me in four minutes?"

And that's, and that is 90% of the conversations that I have with my clients is, "Hey, what business process, what workflows are causing the most friction, that are taking the most time, that are taking staff members' time away from higher value work?" And identifying those things.
