In this week’s episode of Sixcess Stories, Kristina and Eric sit down with Xiadani Peguero to talk about the perfect timing that brought her…
I don't know if I'm ready to be like trying something new out there, like meeting new people.
I was like, I've been with this company for so long that the change is going to be way too much for me.
And I remember not all the time things gonna go your way, right? But I think this time it worked for the two parts, at least for me, because I love working with Christina back in the day and then working again and now with you, Ariel, like, yeah, yeah, I feel this is where I belong.
Well, I'm so glad because I think that, I mean, especially thinking back to when we were first working together and just, I personally feel like it's like night and day versus just where I was even mentally.
But like, compared to now, how is working with just seeing her? Like, how would you describe the difference in Christina as a business owner versus two months into working? If there is a difference for you?
there is a difference back in the day i don't know why i keep saying back in the day a few years ago it was more like maybe we should try this maybe we should try that uh if we go that way or i think that our goals weren't like that clear and it was a lot like just let's see if it works
yeah like maybe this maybe this message is gonna work I don't know it's too long but yeah I think it's gonna work and of course we didn't get like a lot of replies back like basically nothing and there wasn't a lot of direction of where we're going because we had groups well the previous owners had groups from Chicago I think San Diego California they have different states right so it would like targeting a lot of markets with nothing in mind
yeah yeah and now this time Christina would like okay no only San Diego we don't use these words because we want people to connect with us We want real people.
If it doesn't work, nah, just get to another list and get all the contacts you can get out of there and just text them.
