So we're talking 30 years ago, right? That's still a struggle for lots of salon and spa owners.
They still struggle constantly.
30 years later, with the idea of how do I do online booking because I don't want to.
It scares me.
Yeah,

No, I'm asking, what is that? Yeah, you know what it is? Here's what I encourage.

I actually understand a little bit of their concern, especially if they want to do a consultation.

Somebody's coming in for, you know, to fix the box dye they tried to put in their hair.

Do they need a single process, a double process? Do they need minking? Do they need glaze? Right.

Or then I would at least encourage them, okay, so we added the features to our software to say, well, we do online booking, but not for these services.
Right? Right.

If I Google search a salon and I don't have a book now, I'm going to that next one that has a book because I just want to book an appointment, right? I say, I try to encourage people to do the online booking and you can always have our software.

So if they do book a single process or a double process or a bilayage, I can never say that, You know, they can get an alert or an email that says, hey, Suzy just booked this service.

Anybody that thinks online booking is something that they're not ready to do, I think they're missing out on, especially new business.
All right.
