1\. A bechor whose מום was examined after its shechitah 2\. A judge’s liability for an erroneous ruling 3\. The exemptions of מומחה לבי"ד and טעה בדבר משנה (Rebbe Tarfon’s tereifah ruling)
So yeah, at the end of the opening Mishnah of the Perek, back on 26b, the Mishnah had mentioned that l'chadchila b'e bechor, that's unblemished, that's brought as a korban, you... should bring it as a core brand in its first year you shouldn't delay longer than that okay now if it's got a blemish also you shouldn't wait longer than the first year even and that that applies even today without a beta mic dash that once it gets a blemish, make sure it's shafted before it has its first birthday.
Okay, we brought Pesukim for that.
Now, the end of the Mishnah quoted, if a blemish develops in the first year, you still have until the end of the 12 months to keep it around if you want to.
You don't have to shuffle it straight away.
I think I read it.
When I read it back when we were in the mission, I read it like the Gemara will conclude today.
But the Mishnah mentioned, if it develops a blemish in the first year, you can keep it until the end of the first year.
That's fine.
That makes sense.
That we get.
There's no ambiguity there.
Then the Mishi says, If after 12 months it develops a blemish, you have 30 days to keep it.
Now, it's a bit weird case because you shouldn't really have the Bechor after 12 months to begin with.
So why do you have the Bechor after 12 months? And if you have it after 12 months, why are we giving you 30 days then? from the time that the blemish is developed, what is going on.
And also you get 30 days extra on top of that first year into the second year.
Meaning really the Mishnah is in a complicated way saying you have 13 months to keep this animal.
Or Dilma, or perhaps, is it saying two cases? If a blemish is developed in the first year, you've got until the end of the first year, and that's it.
But...
If...
You were not a good Jew, and you kept it after 12 months, and then it developed a blemish.
After 12 months, even though you shouldn't have it anyways, you should, you have 30 days now to shecht it.
I should be more fair.
