It's been definitely a journey for me and gathering data and understanding it and then being able to make it such that it is understandable by all other team members.

Love looking at dashboards, but what about how to work on them, how to understand them, and then how to actually utilize them to help your practices.

And that's where coaches and consultants like you guys come in, where dentists can lean on your expertise once you have a diagnosis to be able to make things actionable.

And to me, and that's always for me, medicine or dentistry or healthcare has been about diagnosis.

And sometimes the road is not very straight and there's a lot of introspection that has to happen and a lot of looking at what you have put together.

And I can say this as a dentist, as an owner, I could definitely take the onus on this and say that it is not anybody else's fault except what and how I envision my practice.

And be okay with the fact that vision will change as your practice changes through the years.

And I think that is one of the issues with a lot of us dentists is that understanding that's the norm and that we will have to pivot.

And the pivot is actually becoming, the timeline for the pivots are becoming smaller and smaller.

So I literally feel like, and I've been practicing for 24 years now, Where it used to take 10 years to pivot, now that cycle is shortened to about five years.

And so I would say don't be stressed out about the learning curve and that it's okay to understand that there is going to be a learning curve.
When we first get onboarded and we get access to all of the dashboards, we have a shared practices dashboard that was created many years ago and has been further developed since then.
And I always joke with my clients that this is my FMX of your practice, is what I tell them.
