Send us Fan Mail What happened to being able to disagree without losing your mind? This week on **Two Nobodies Who Know Nothing**, Wes and Robert…
I'm flipping through, of course, Instagram or TikTok and then one of our promos comes up, right? And the AI has made me so angry looking.
And I'm like, all I can do is go, okay, what did I say? i say this time that i don't remember saying but i i think it's fascinating that we have to get so much in our feelings about having differences of opinion and my point to that is i always i guess invite the opportunity for someone to change my perspective
not not in this way of, you know, acting like, you know, I'm all knowing it's just the opposite.
I want to hear what you have to say, because you might give me a shift in perspective, but anger and feelings are not perspective.
And so the reality is, and again, I'm not saying we sit there and argue about the facts and this whole idea of, you know, post-truth society.
You know, it just, it fascinates me why we get so much into our feelings, why we can't actually talk about something.
You know, it's amazing to me as well, because I'm sitting there, like I was telling you, I was talking about some of the comments on two of the posts and Opus obviously creates something that's going to create controversy.
And, this new word it's I don't even know if it's a new word I mean it's called rate and my daughter talks about oh you're just rage baiting me like that's the thing that they say all the time about it and it's like if you get enraged about something and this is you know how I was feeling about these comments that are coming through I'm just chuckling you know probably three or four years ago I would be like responding to every single one with like you don't know like you're just kind of going off like these people are but I'm kind of immune to what's been said especially when they come to attack me, it's like they don't know me.
And they're seeing a 60-second clip that's talking about a portion of the conversation.
And I don't think it really translates into more views on the podcast unless someone likes it.
And I think last week we talked about one person who I had commented on someone else's post, then came to my page to look at what I had done after they commented on it and then commented something negative on one of the posts that I made.
And it was hilarious because I went to go back and look at it because after I responded to him, I was like, thank you for pushing this up in the algorithm.
It's usually what I say when someone goes hate on me, right? And I went back to go look and see if he had responded to that comment and he had deleted his comment because...
They realize that they're helping that person realize that they're helping it out.
But, you know, it's insane to me that you can't really think out loud about what you're saying.
