Now, hopefully if you're using some kind of steroids or any kind of PED that could virilize you, hopefully you're tracking your voice using a voice analyzing app to track the pitch on a weekly basis.

It's unlikely that you're going to hear small changes just like, oh, hey, do you hear anything like asking a friend, asking a boyfriend? It's unlikely you're going to hear your voice because I don't think we can actually like really calibrate the pitch that we hear ourselves talking at.

They're afraid to use the voice analyzer app because they don't want to be faced with the harsh reality that their voice might actually be changing.

This can become the new norm for you because what's happening is those vocal cords, they are thickening, they are becoming drier.

And you could find that if continuing that PED, if that is where you can trace back, like, okay, this started at this point and I mean, ultimately the answer is to come off the PED, but if you can see like very clearly, or even, I don't know, if you can see that it was the PED that caused this, do not ignore it.

If your vocal pitch, if your voice is something that is important to you in terms of preserving your femininity, don't you need help you need to probably get off the drug you probably need to stop the cycle but don't keep it to yourself talk to your coach talk to the person who prescribed it and ask is this going to get worse if i continue and the answer really like the honest answer is yes if you continue exposure it absolutely will get worse it's not something that's going to smooth out it's not something that's going to level out if it truly is induced from the substance you're using number two clitorally anatomically you are noticing changes growth engorgement swelling like hypersensitivity to the point like it is uncomfortable there are natural fluctuations that women experience throughout their cycle as estrogen goes up you do tend to see more swelling at the clitoris If this is something that you are experiencing chronically, if this is something that now, like arbitrary of your cycle, if you're still getting a cycle, if you are just noticing that like things are enlarged and they look bigger, they look like there is swelling occurring specifically there, do not ignore that.

If there is pain with intercourse, if there's pain with intimacy actually touching the tissue, if that's something that's new for you, stop, stop the PED.

You might find that some of the swelling goes down, but if there's actually hypertrophy, if things change, that is going to be your new baseline.

And as you continue to use the drug, that's probably going to continue to increase exponentially.

This is probably the one that a lot of people, they just are afraid to talk about.

I'm telling you, If you're working with someone who is administering, recommending, encouraging you to use PEDs, this has to be a relationship where you can bring this to them.

But for anyone who's of the impression they should be sharing this with their coach, no, you should not.

But you should be in a position where you can bring this up and you can say like, hey, I'm noticing these changes.
