The difference between surviving busy season and enjoying it comes down to one thing: your systems. In this episode, Nadine sits down with business coach and Wed2You founder Becca Mai to talk about…
Becca MaiGuestNadineHostyeah because i like what you said the difference between the black and the white and the gray because if you have very clear and concise rules in the black and white side it gives you more room to play in the gray

yeah and also your team members know what they can do and what they can't do OK, they know that they can't promise this outrageous alteration if you're not following by the ABC guidelines.

And so having that understanding and having that baseline then helps reduce the day to day insanity, you kind of have some structure, you kind of have a little bit of a way of operating and doing and it feels almost rhythmic.

And so then there was this further conversation of, okay, what does an automated email look like? It doesn't need to sound AI.
It doesn't need to sound even the exact same for every client.
I know for all of my automations, I wrote them totally sounding like me.
And it would be the same thing that I would send to every client anyway.
I'm going to capitalize the same words.
I'm going to use the same emojis.
