Okay, so it started two months after we got married.
He was emotionally cheating, meaning he was sexting women from his past and new women he met on the street.
Most of the time, he was transparent about it.
He would apologize and promise to stop.
So I valued his transparency and kept forgiving him because he seemed sincere about wanting to stop sexting.
But it became a vicious cycle.
I would feel hurt and ask questions.
He would get angry and then he would sex again.
During the fights, he kept bringing up the idea of a second wife he would say he wanted someone to cook and dance for him and give him emotional support but then the next morning he would laugh and say you know i'm kidding you're you're my one and only and last wife so it was confusing but i sensed truth behind the joke so i told myself i could maybe accept it but only under certain conditions I never voiced those conditions, but we continued bantering about this second wife idea.
So anyway, fast forward to when our child was around one year old, I was abroad visiting family.
That's when he started dating her behind my back, the second wife.
When we reunited, he admitted to the date.
A month later, he married her again behind my back.
I was in shock.
I tried to cope by making him sign a contract saying he would never have a child with another woman, but the trust was already broken.
So we fought constantly after that.
Then came their wedding with both of their families attending, again behind my back.
That was another real slap in the face, it felt like another betrayal.
Before the wedding he would say I'll divorce her and even his family was ambivalent, telling me he froze everything with her.
So I kept hoping this was a nightmare and that we could reset.
Anyway, after the marriage and the wedding, I went abroad again to visit my family.
I didn't want to go back to our apartment because they had slept there while I was away.
I expressed how disgusted I felt at the thought of her lying in my bed.
So he told me it was too hard to find a new place.
Then I found out later.
