I understand.
Here's the thing.
The thing when you are financially supporting women and they don't work and they don't provide for themselves, how it can lead to them using you is if, look, some women just don't work and man provides for them and it's not a deal breaker, it's not a problem at all.
But if that woman has really, really high materialistic standards and zero work ethic, that combination usually leads to her using men.
So did she have a work ethic or not really?
She had a terrible work ethic, but she wasn't really materialistic.
It was more of like penny pinching, if that makes sense.
You know, like people who just like frivolously spend little by little by little and work ethic was like nonexistent pretty much.
And so usually what happens and then when you start to put in constraints on the finances, is that when she kind of disappeared?
I think that was the final straw because I kind of said, you know, like when this new money comes, I'm not going to be helping out with at all.
Right.
But at the same time we had a business together and we did a lot of successful things.
It's just, I didn't want to put any more, more money into the business because I felt like she wasn't becoming a better CEO of the business.
Right.
It was a business that I built for her, but the bottom line of it was we had like hard times for a for a while but again it was something that i felt like she was creating to gain control over me it wasn't necessarily me if that makes sense
sometimes and i don't mean this in a negative way but when we're being used what happens is what we might follow the partner's instructions they might say don't follow this person don't go here propose to me to you might follow the instructions and still nothing works And how you know the difference between somebody who's being sincere and somebody who genuinely loves you and somebody who's using you is when somebody genuinely loves you and there's no ulterior motives, they will give you instructions on how to make the relationship better and it works.
So they'll say, look, I really appreciate if you just don't follow new girls and blah, blah.
And you might do that and you don't have a fight about that ever again.
Or they might say, look, I really appreciate if you check in a bit more when you go out.
You start doing that and it works.
No issues about that again.
So there's a problem and that person, there's a solution.
But when people are unstable, they're usually hiding something and they might be hiding their true motives.
And this is particularly the case when men financially support a woman because what happens is in those circumstances is she might not even like the partner.
She might be deeply unhappy in the relationship and she'll tell him, do this, do that, blah, blah, blah.
I understand.
