Because if I were to ask you, you know, seven weeks into marathon training when, you know, you're running a four-mile easy run on the schedule and you're...

I was gonna say, like, "Is it worth it for you to go run that four-mile easy run?" You'd be like, "Well, I don't really know." Like, is it...

I mean, what if I skip? Who cares? It's the, it's the entire culmination of it all that makes it worth it.

And I think when we're in the moment, and especially when we try something new, we- it's normal to question is it worth it.

And, you know, when it came on originally brainstorming this episode, I was leading from the idea that, you know, I hired a business coach last August and I've hired-- I've been in multiple group coaching, one-on-one business coaching scenarios, and every single time I uplevel.

And every single time I spend the money, whether I do a monthly or I pay in full, and I start implementing and I start doing, within a little...

It's just like this normal thing that kinda comes up a month or two in where maybe I haven't had, like, instant success yet.

Even though I'm, I'm doing the things, I'm seeing some momentum, and I'm trying to, like, tell myself it's all working, and I do see proof it's working.

But it's never as fast as we want, and our brain always is like, "Wait, is this worth it?" 'Cause we start worrying.

What if I wasted my money? What if I'm wasting my time? What if it doesn't matter? What if I change my mind and I don't even wanna be a run coach anymore? Which hopefully at this point you're past that.

As someone who has completely changed their life using social media, becoming a run coach, not even ne- we don't, I don't even n- we don't even need a degree for this.

I spent five years at a private university getting a degree and then getting my CPA license.

And would I say it wa- that wasn't worth it just because I'm not using it in the capacity that it was designed for? No.

It's always worth it to grow, to step out of your comfort zone, to learn a new skill no matter what.

Doesn't matter whether it's, it pays off in this current business, another business, another part of your life.
