I think it's a combination of feeling really solid in my own purpose, feeling clear about what actions I want to take to get there, and having a sense of persistence for instance if you're starting a new business and you're marketing that business you have to be persistent about getting the word out there for instance and to me that's part of manifesting since the idea is you're trying to connect with other people so it's important not only to have in my own head And in my own heart, what I want to be expressing, I need to go out there and express that in order to make it work and

So I think for me and who I am, if I'm going to create something new, I tend to go and learn about what is it that I'm going to need in order to do that.

And I tend to put a little bit more emphasis on the preparation first, Whereas maybe other people are more willing to step out and see what happens first.

And so, you know, I am looking at, you know, if I'm going to create something, I'd like to at least have an outline or a framework for what this is going to look like.

I won't have the whole picture, but I'll at least have a general idea when I step out, because then going to pull the other word sustainability in there because if i want what i'm going to manifest to be sustainable i've got to know that what's my capacity what's my energy what are my boundaries you know i i have to so i can't really separate those two when i do things because i'm going to create something i've got to know that i have the resources to bring it to fruition
right so part of this from what you were first speaking about jillian to me is an idea of what how risk averse you are because good preparation usually is an exercise we do to mitigate our risk so i used to be the person you were talking about who would just jump in with both feet and wait for the water to settle right and then pick up the pieces and make something from it all that's the kind of what i used to be i don't do that quite so much anymore unless uh the great nudger gets nudged really hard and i'm told you know this is what you're doing and it's like okay let's get it done then shall we
but i understand where you're going with that i can understand how preparation is vital, especially in creating anything, whether it's a piece of art, a book, composition, whatever it could be, you know, you have to gather your resources to begin.
Because otherwise, you won't be able to, to meet whatever it is you're creating fully, will you?

And I really don't think that because I'm sitting there and I'm working on what am I going to create or manifest next, I can get a quarter, two thirds, whatever into it and then go, nah, I don't think so.

It doesn't mean that I have to see it all the way through to know that it's going to work or not work.

But I'm only willing to put, you know, there again, going to that risk averse.
