What I... absolutely think is completely crazy to say because you know if you if you don't know what's causing fibromyalgia then just don't say anything okay but then they come up with that bullshit about always blaming you You know, it's always the person, anytime in chronic illness, it's always the problem with you.

Oh yeah, okay, then why a hundred years ago, not a single woman had menopause symptoms and had any issues in this situation.

So this is bullshit, and genes don't make you sick? Like, did our genes change in the last, I don't know, 100 years? That we're all getting sick out of nowhere? Is it because our genes change? And then also they say, oh, maybe it's something emotional or it's trauma related because somebody chopped your head off like in a past life or you had like trauma in a childhood and that's why you have fibromyalgia right now.

It's just insane and you know what I hate about this? It's always putting the blame on you.

There are things in your body that don't belong there, that are making you sick.

And just because the doctors don't know doesn't mean there is no cause and doesn't mean you can't do anything about it.

And you know, the biggest problem is not only that you have the, I mean, obviously the pain is insane, it can be insane when you have fibromyalgia, it can be so bad.

But on top of that, it's not only the pain that is debilitating, it's also that you don't have a life anymore.

Like you can socialize, you can take care of your kids, You know, you can't go to work maybe, or you have limited time in work, or you have to work from home, or you are not able to bring the performance you want to.

If you're a stay-at-home mom, you can't really take care of your kids, and your husband has to work even harder to make sure everything works out.

It's like, that's even the bigger problem behind having chronic health issues or having something like fibromyalgia.
