I think one of the things that first struck me about the training was, well, this is going to be quite a challenge, but I'm up for it.

What struck me with Theo is that just completely non-judgmental.

And I just felt I'm going to be supported.

This does feel challenging to begin with.

I've never felt that I didn't have the support that I needed to go through this whole training process.

So in terms of results and symptoms that are gone.

So early on, Theo identified that I had adrenal fatigue.

So we talked a lot about that.
