My Move to the US: Everything Was Perfect… Until This

There was one thing though that turned out to be my, I would say it's probably my biggest challenge since I have a business because that was, Yeah, it was crazy because in order to get the visa that I did, you need to invest a certain amount of money in the US economy in your own business.

Like it's not it's gone, but you invest it in your own business and then you can apply for the visa.

And then you typically get it when you have a good business plan and stuff.

And one of my goals that I always had was I want to have my own office.

Like I want to have my team together, what I just mentioned earlier.

And then I was like, okay, let me do an investment in the US economy in my own business for an office.

Let me pay an office upfront for one year.

And I used that as my investment.

So I got it.

So that's also why I ended up in West Palm Beach.

I wanted to be somewhere between Miami and West Palm Beach because I thought these places are cool.

And I then was looking for offices.

right size, I wanted to have a little kitchen, I wanted to have my own bathroom.

It was not easy to find something and then there was one place, one office here in West Palm Beach that turned out to be perfect for me.

So I contacted the landlord, I actually made a deal with them that I paid the whole rent up front for one year and that was in April last year.

So the problem is you have to invest the money first and then you can apply for the E2 visa.

So that was the first issue with that whole office situation.

So I applied, so I paid it in April.

So I'm having not this office, it's a background story, but I'm having an office in West Palm Beach.

That's why I ended up here.

And having an office in West Palm Beach since April, 2025.

Then we were able to do the application.

and the application took a while of course and everything worked out perfectly fine I mean I had a good I'm gonna do another video about that how easy it is or how hard it is actually to get into the US but I did that and My visa got approved and then in September 2025 I was able to come here.

So I was already paying six months in office in West Palm Beach, which I can tell you is not cheap.

By the way, if you see the red color here on my hands, it's dye actually because I was setting up... a water filter and you need to use some dye in order to check if the water filter works here in my office.
