Allison Quintanilla PlattsmierHostAs we mentioned, we did an episode on AI last July, but I feel like everything is changing so quickly.
So looking back at the past 12 months, what do you feel like has shifted most dramatically for you personally or for the sector as a whole when it comes to talking about and using AI and fundraising?

For me personally, I would say the shift from using it as a way of helping you understand and communicate things to actually building applications with agents that actually do stuff for you, making it less burdensome for you to do routine tasks.

But it's accessible for a person who knows nothing about coding to have a conversation with Claude or Chad GPT, essentially saying, you know, I have these KPIs in her case, and I'd like to figure out how my daily activities are aligning with those KPIs and have the AIs essentially go into your emails if you choose, other communications that you have, and read through them and basically decide whether or not you are doing work in alignment with those KPIs.

And it'll even create rubrics to help you score the extent to which you're completing those KPIs.

It'll even suggest to you, here's your activities, here are things that you said you would do, here's things that you promised to do based on communications that you've had.

And you can read on these charts exactly where you are and what you're doing and begin to change how you're working to be more effective and efficient.

So it's just that kind of thing that gives you such an ability to be more in control of your work.

It doesn't mean that building these apps, you tell it, Claude, I need you to build an app that does ABC and it comes out perfect.

You still have to work with it to make sure that you're getting exactly what you want out of that application.

And there's going to be constant updates and things that maybe you need to fix down the road.

But in terms of your ability to be more productive and in alignment with what your stated objectives are, it's really a powerful way to use these things.

So these agents, let me give you, can I give you a personal example too? And then I'll stop.

At the beginning of the year, my wife and I said, you know, we need to get better organized.

And, you know, she has her business, which is wardrobe styling, and she's got all her customers and activities.
