Matt and Luke discuss the pros and cons of the Aventador, 720S, and C8. They also weigh which one they would like to have if they were going to add one to their garage.
First of all, I want to say the C8 Corvette definitely seems to punch well above its weight and the styling and feel and fit and finish is definitely does not feel like a standard Chevy product.
So with that, comparing it to the McLaren that fit and finish and reliability and the such are loose concepts i think it kind of beats the mclaren however with the overall wow factor and styling and the 720s spider with the electrochromic roof that color changing glass panel is amazing and it looks like a spaceship at night with all the lights and the engine bay and everything i think the mclaren wins But after that, the Lamborghini Aventador, that all-wheel drive, low-planted, quick-turning, it felt like a much smaller car than it was, wrapped in quilted leather.
I mean, I didn't get tired all day.
I felt just so wonderful driving that thing.
What about you?
I think it's worth pointing out, did we just drive these things around the block?
No.
We spent at least 12 hours in each one of them.
And I gotta say, I didn't get tired on any of them.
The McLaren, definitely comfort-wise, I didn't feel as relaxed and comfortable in that as I did in the Vette and the Lamborghini.
However, we did spend a whole day in each car, and they were all equally fun in their own way.
