Want to corner your mountain bike faster, smoother, and with more confidence? We test a pro-level MTB cornering tip from Slanted Ground MTB - and it works! We break down steering from the rear wheel…
Let me ask you a question about group ride mentality, okay? Okay.
You're on a group ride, all right? Sizeable group, people you don't necessarily know, okay? But look, we're going with the flow, okay? You and I used to be really kind of picky about who we would ride with because we had one ride a week and we wanted to crush the ride, right? Yeah, that's a good point.
Would you rather be on a group ride where it's a lot of stopping, and waiting and then moving it's slow, but moving, or if you're the slow rider, when everyone's going in front of you and you feel like maybe you're holding people up, but also I've had the, the, the happen where I'm the slowest rider and I, and I lose people's lines.
And so then he's kind of like, there's no way I can go as fast as some of the local guys.
Yeah.
So I think everyone has fallen into those categories at some point, right? Yeah, yeah.
I think I prefer the first scenario.
These days, most of my riding is a lot of stopping and sessioning anyway.
Really? Okay.
Yeah, yeah.
Who wants to be in the back? Come on, man.
I don't want to be in
the back.
But what do you do? What do you do if you are, if you, if you find yourself in the back.
And
I don't want to seem come off pompous, but I don't think I've ever been stuck in the back.
Maybe it's because I've got the GoPro,
you know, I mean, come on.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You're a fast rider.
That's true.
I don't ever see you.
Yeah.
