If, on the other hand, you're a business owner who says, the first example you gave, well, if I set these standards like this and I had these very high filters, well, it's going to be hard for me to get anybody to take the job.
They're going to say, well, what about this exception? Or what about when nothing's happening? What about when it's not busy? And people are going to bristle at it.
Same thing that other person is going to say, but they're looking at it as, in a scarcity type of thing where other person looking at it as abundance.
