So when you come in and take a seat, it's like one-to-one with you and the person that-

Uh, pe- um, some people from the charity came along, so they were there to support them, and they know them as well-

Um, and just being able to have general conversation, like take their mind off what they're going through and not necessarily talking about it.

But just taking their mind off what they're going through and just having a general conversation, whether it's about the hair or what we're doing and, like, the skincare and the products that we, we've got.

And I guess as well, like, for the hairdresser, it almost, like, kind of proves the point of the emotional support they are to their client.

Do you think that the industry or, you know, salon owners are doing enough to support the hairdresser in order...

C- I mean, it's a lot, isn't it, like, to, almost like trauma dumping, isn't it?

It's like, just to take that away and be like, "Gosh, my client's been going through this." And do you think hairdressers are getting enough support on that side?

D- do you know what? I didn't think about it enough, I think because we just do it.

So I didn't think about it enough until I seen a, um, a post on Instagram the other day, and the lady was saying, like, therapists are obviously paid to do the job that they do-
