Your product line, tell me the points of difference that you like to make sure people know.
Actually, most of the brand and product team are hairdressers who have cross-trained to do product development or brand development.
We manufacture in the Netherlands at an amazing manufacturing facility who are B Corp. They're not only B Corp, they produce all their own electricity through solar power.
So I think that's something people don't realize about bleach and actually probably a terrible business decision is that I'm such a perfectionist that actually we have very, very high standards in the product, which erodes the margins, but means that what you're getting on shelf is a professional product.
What do you mean by this? Because I feel like there's a huge gap between you buy a box kit for £10 for a bleaching service or a technical colour service or you go into a salon and pay hundreds.
You know, you can't just say you either have to be able to afford a £200 service or you can't do your hair, dye your hair.

Is that what you wanted to do from the outset? You wanted to make it possible for people to do your friend's hair? Yeah.
