I'm a licensed professional counselor in the state of New Jersey, but that's one of many hats that I wear.

I also have my own company called Ariza Inspire Co, which kind of came about because I feel like there is an extra need for therapy and mental health resources that aren't necessarily available as much as we would like them to be out there.

I do some speaking as well with a company called Minding Your Mind, where we do more preventative mental health education in different schools, and I've been able to travel to different places to be able to do that.

And then, you know, there's my life here with my kids and my church and just spreading as much mental health knowledge as I can.

So that's pretty much me in a nutshell, but just doing my best trying to be a good human being overall.
That's amazing stuff, and that sounds like, I mean, it sounds like you're really helping folks to build resilience in many different ways across domains, as a mom, as a clinician, as a speaker, and just in general.
And I, I love hearing that because I love particularly what you're saying about being a good human being as a central goal because that's so important out there, particularly in today's times, which are not easy.
So talk a little bit more about your practice and who you're working with, who's coming in, and we'll kind of dive in from there.
