And so I realized I was like, well, I guess this is just going to be the way it is.

And then that's when I started thinking about community and looking, seeing what's out there, whether it's online or in your physically in real time community for women over 50 who are single, because I look at it like this.

Women without partners, first of all, our problems are the same as a woman with a partner, but our approach is different because we don't have someone to share that burden or problem with, right? So we have a different experience.

And also my married friends, when we've had conversations about this, they were like, wow, I never thought about that

You know, so it kind of enlightened them for their single friends, how planning for retirement or planning to take care of your grandchildren or this, that and the other is different when there's just you versus when you have a partner to share that

So that's why I love starting this community, Women Without Partners, and letting people know all women with and without partners are welcome to the conversation.

Because whether you have a partner, you probably have someone in your life, a woman in your life that you love and care about, friend or family member, that is single without a partner.

And being part of the conversation, it helps you understand your loved one that is navigating life alone.
