Gabriel, you've made the point that scientific evidence isn't necessarily enough to satisfy the end user.

However, though, you can make an argument that scientific evidence makes good marketing.

Absolutely, it makes good marketing, but what I mentioned is not enough is because consumer also want to know which is the best product for me.

Should you just come and look for menthol to our sites? You would like to know the scientific evidence about what is contained in the product, but you also would like to know which is the best product for you.

And if you come to a site or to a brick and mortar where you have nicotine pouches, you will have hundreds of menthol, which is the one that works for your brand.

This is something that we are really keen on letting the consumer or guiding the consumer towards something that works for that person at that particular time.

So obviously a lot of nicotine pouches are available in physical locations from C-stores, you know, what have you.

So is it about, you know, converting them over? Why would they stop buying physically and buy online?

I think it's a lot about credibility, Brent, and I think Laura Lee and Marina, they mentioned that a lot during their interviews.

We are a legit business that we know nicotine pouches that we only sell to verify adults nicotine users and that they can come to our sites because they will find what they need.

I think all of these together makes us a unique place that is very difficult to replicate on a traditional brick and mortar environment.

rely a lot on technology, and that's, I think, one of our biggest differentiations.

We're able to verify through different control mechanisms that you're an adult above 21 years old.

that is a third party completely dependent coming to our sites putting some orders trying to trick the systems finding the weak spots and then we act upon any of the findings this is something very difficult to replicate a traditional brick and mortar where you have a line of people behind a counter very quickly transactions and it depends just on a purely subjective assessment from the person who's there at the point in time
