I actually believe that the way you speak to your story and the arc of that is incredibly an important part of your journey because there is so much depth.

This journey is what it's like to go from, I think there's something here for me, to we are getting right into the depths of it.

You know, I don't think I can actually attribute one moment, which I think is so true for all of us, right? Like any journey we're on is a series of a culmination of experiences.

for me, so much of the journey I have been on has been deeply interwoven through what was going on in my own inner world and the way that the work that I was doing was also like co-creating that with me.

So when I think about the work that I was doing, you know, when I very first leapt into the entrepreneurial space, a lot of it was, like I said, related to like that goals and habits ideology.

And after years of coaching and women, primarily who live in small towns and rural communities, but not exclusively.

I was seeing the most brilliant, kind, passionate, good-hearted women with such big visions continuously doubt themselves.

And what I started to put together is like, why is this so universally happening? You know, I have all of these like women we've identified as high achievers who have such pure hearted intentions, who are like drowning in insecurity.

And I drew it back to this total disconnection from self that we're experiencing today.

And like, where does that come from? Because I think for a long time, especially in like kind of the more personal development space, like it was like, here's how to fix yourself.

But that combined with like the political climate combined with my own deconstruction was like, there is like these systemic forces at play that have created this total severance that so many women I know are experiencing from deeply knowing, loving, and trusting themselves.

And so I think a lot of this journey was kind of this spiral of like the willingness to continue asking questions, the willingness to sit in discomfort, the willingness to... inquire and read books and listening to podcasts about things that pushed the edge of my comfort zone to get this broader understanding of like, who am I and how has my identity and the way that I see the world been created over time? And are those things still true? Or is there other ways to see and understand the world? And so I don't know that I can attribute a specific moment in time so much as this, I almost imagine this spiral down and it's like as we create and recreate safety, it gives us the ability to go deeper and deeper.

Like I, in the absence of everything I have done over the past five years, I don't know actually if this postpartum experience would have been the same.
