You know, it's interesting.

A phrase that I have come back to so much over the last year is, like, everything's changing and nothing is changing, because I remember in my first conversations with my podcast producer, this was more than four years ago.

Like, I wanted to approach a lot of conversations.

Now granted, they weren't necessarily what I'm into now.

But even talking about, like, LGBTQ stories, like, kind of already going against the grain, and I didn't ...

Truly, to be honest, I didn't have the, the understanding and safety within myself to be able to hold the weight of that.

Mm.

And I think

for me, so much of the journey I have been on has been deeply interwoven through what was going on in my own inner world and the way that the work that I was doing was also like co-creating that with me.

Right.

So when I think about the work that I was doing, you know, when I very first leapt into the entrepreneurial space, a lot of it was, like I said, related to like that goals and habits ideology.

And after years of coaching and women, primarily who live in small towns and rural communities, but not exclusively.

I was seeing the most brilliant, kind, passionate, good-hearted women with such big visions continuously doubt themselves.

You know, we call it Oh, if I just have confidence.

Yeah.
