And, you know, I think one of the reasons just in our conversations, you know, you want to have a platform is to help other leaders who are going through this new process of becoming a CEO or dealing with challenges within the organization.

Your first book is on the ownership mindset was something that was really a testament to what you've done as Donators Tools.

I mean, the ownership mindset, I think, is the most powerful mindset that you can have, right? That I am responsible for everything in my life.

I think that when you take responsibility, it is the foundation for empowering yourself and truly making real change in your life.

So that's why I wrote the book, was to inspire people to own it themselves and to build teams and companies that own it.
