First, Break All the Rules

So that's the way I have to look at it.

The VP of Starbucks at the time who became the VP of like whatever coffee and tea company, he gave me a book, First Break, All the Rules, wrote in the front of the book.

He said, Phil, do this.

And in the book, there's an exercise where you take your whole, and I've talked about this on episodes before, you take all of your team, whatever

it is, employee group, whatever it is.

Put them in a room, lock them in a room, put one person in charge and have them all go around the room.
