What I want to do is just hit some of the topics that you are going to be teaching as we go around the state.

You will be in person doing four hours of the AI Compliance Playbook for Real Estate Agents.

And the reason that, first of all, we are so thankful that you wrote this book for Champion School of Real Estate and for you to teach, is there are so many agents like dabbling in it and doing some AI and doing some chat GPT.

They may not know that they're doing some things that are in violation of national law.

And as well, we want them to use it on a positive way in order to help generate more business and make more money.

And you've already answered the first one, and that was when did AI pretty much show up in our business? Because on a personal level, I don't think we've really been using it at Champion School of Real Estate until like the last 24 months.

What is the artificial intelligence experience like? What is it and what is it not?
To experience AI is to understand that you have a new superpower that exists at your fingertips.
If you think about that responsibility that comes with that superpower, let me put it to you in this way.
When I first got my driver's license, I was told that I needed to pay attention to the rules of the road.
And, you know, I was a young man who was fascinated with really nice cars or really fast cars and just like most young men.
And the reality was once I got my license, I had to pay attention to the rules of the road and operate that vehicle.
in a way that allowed me to flow in and out of the city streets and highways without causing damage, without causing a catastrophe.
Never mind the cars that we drive are capable of accelerating beyond 120, 150, some 200 miles per hour.
And what I say that is it would be foolish for a young man who just received his car, received his driver's license to be put in a Formula One race car and then drive on the city streets because it would lead to nothing but disaster.
