Texas State Highway 99

Well, Houston is one of the fastest growing cities in the country and well, the region in particular all around Houston.

And that is what I cover is I cover all the growth, all the development that's coming to outside the Beltway and along the Grand Parkway, which is, you know, a super fast growing loop around Houston that has not been completed yet.

But wherever you see it completed, you see so much development happening.

And that's in all directions, all around Houston.

Right now, there's a lot of it happening in the northwest of the region.

But now you also see it in the east of the northeast, which is the newest segment of the Grand Parkway.

You see new master plan communities coming there.

With that coming more commercial, retail development, industrial development.

the new, uh, it- it's 99 Grand Parkway, which is like i- imagine a road that goes to New- New Braunfels and to Uvalde an- like Corpus, like [laughs] it- it's a-

Yeah, it's a, it's a 100-mile loop, yeah.

Yeah, it's a, it's an absurd road.
