All right, we're going to switch gears a little bit.

You've mentioned it, World Golf Village, which is in pretty, I call it the heart of St. John's County when you think about it.

A lot of things going on there.

Target's going in.

That's the big news.

It just got

announced.

Tarjay is moving into the middle of St. John's County.

yeah costco's been the hottest thing in the center of the county i just wish they that i would target in there now they've got that

I can imagine the mornings are just as

bad.

My son went to Tekoi for all four years.

He was actually the first year that they opened.

He was a freshman there, so he was the first class to go all through.

It should be like a 10-minute drive because Cause of traffic.

It was just, it was crazy.

They are working on it.

So, you know, that's kind of how they do the infrastructure F dot and St. John's County doing the roads, but it's like they put all the homes there first and then the commercial comes and then the roads come.

Yeah.

So you just kind of have to live through it until it's being built, but there are so many plans to fix all of that.

Yeah.
