So if you run your own business and you work as a coach or a consultant, you may be a little bit like me in that you don't apply the teaching that you tell other people all the time to your own business.

This week I decided to pretend I was my own client, and what I did was I created content for LinkedIn that was very focused.


But I do con- you know, I talk about speaking events, travel events that I'm doing.


But what was happening was that the algorithms weren't really sure who to show my content to, so my reach was diabolical, to be honest.

And so I thought, "Come on, Louise, you're teaching people to focus in on their content on LinkedIn for better reach, so why don't you do it yourself?" So I did, [laughs] and the results were excellent.

So what did I do? I created a post that is specifically about how to use LinkedIn in 2026.
