You begin by really going back historically and looking at what your exposures are.

So I have a six-page – I call it a neurotoxic assessment that I go down through with every client in order to identify what those exposures are because one of the first rules of – supporting health and in detoxification is in fact remove the source of whatever the problem is if you can, if there's still a current source.

So the awareness around what's contributed to the issue then allows me to help target the approach to the individual.

We start in the same place with almost everybody and then we go, we actively manage every individual relative to how they're handling the process, the part of the process that they're in.

And in the industry, it's estimated that 50% to 70% of homes have mold in them.

And some people are completely unaware that it's even there because they'll have a leak down the backside of a wall.

I tell people if you leave your house and you feel better and then you come back to your house and you begin to not feel well again, it could be mold.

But just the awareness around how you're feeling in proximity to where you're at I think is quite important.

Again, we don't think about it in those terms oftentimes because we're so busy suppressing symptoms too that we don't see the cause and effect there.

That's funny actually because that really resonates with me because I had exactly that experience with mold in the house that we live in now.

I couldn't put my finger on why, but it became apparent over time that it was very damp and there was a lot of moisture in the room.

And when we, when we took, when we moved into the house, it was in the summer, so it was quite warm, but we'd put a lot of stuff in them.
