Country Music Great - Pam Tillis at the Sheldon Theatre! 10.13.26

You know, I often wonder, artists today-

I get kinda wound up talking about-

I, I-

When you start talking about music I get kinda wound up, so.

Well, this might get you too.

There's many times I wonder if artists like Merle Haggard-

Mm-hmm

...

they would never make it today.

I don't know if they would.

Do you?

You know, I, it's hard for me to always get a handle on what breaks through-

Yeah

... and makes it at radio and what doesn't.

I know there's a lot of great people.

Well, s- speaking of Merle Haggard, what about his son?

His son is amazing.

So shouldn't he be on the radio-

Mm-hmm

... by any measure?

Should.

Uh, they're actually talking about sibl- I mean, children of famous parents.

We can kind of take a minor detour.

Mm-hmm.

Uh, I just did a show and Joe Diffie, Joe Diffie's junior was on it.
