So someone asked me that last night, and, um, I think my answer is pretty much always the same, same.

Um, for those who were practicing during the pandemic or during the onset of the pandemic, they probably remember that we saw an uptick in demand for mental health support like we've never seen before.

There was a-- Really, COVID created this kind of mental health crisis as everyone was adjusting to being isolated and, like, social distancing and all these things.

Um, and probably about a year in or so, I was still being inundated with referrals, and I was at max capacity.

At the time that COVID hit, um, my family and I had moved into a house that we had just finished building 10 days earlier.

Um, so we were coming off of basically a year of being kind of, like, nomadic with a-- at-- Once C- COVID hit, I had a one-year-old and a four-year-old.
