So as I shared at the very opening of this episode, this is something that I have been toiling on for decades now.

And I started to realize super early on that the business world was designed by men for men.

And I saw that as early as when I was in college getting my undergraduate and my MBA in entrepreneurship and small business.

The majority of the case studies we were looking at were all about men in business.

So when I started looking for a business coach and I started looking for people to help me accelerate my business and, you know, get up the learning curve that is learning how to run a business online, which was the direction I was going.

I kept getting frustrated because so much of the advice I kept running into just didn't fit me and my life.

This was when things were circulating like the miracle morning, where you were supposed to have this super complicated early morning routine.

And I remember just thinking, How am I supposed to get up at 5 in the morning and do this 10-step or whatever routine and have, like, two or three hours completely to myself with no interruptions? I have infants over here.

Like, who's handling things? What is this? I just was so frustrated because it only made sense if someone else was handling everything else in your life.

So I continued to get frustrated and I realized that I was always going to have to run every piece of advice through this lens.

It was always going to be, does this actually work for me and the constraints that I actually have in my life? Because it's not that all this advice is wrong.

It depends on so many things, right? It depends on what's going on in this stage of your life, in this stage of your business.
