ProjectME with Tiffany Carter – Entrepreneurship & Millionaire Mindset
Sep 8, 2026 · 53 min · 18 segments
You know you want more, so why do you keep talking yourself out of the very things that could change your life? One minute you're certain. The next, fear takes over and you're questioning…
[upbeat music] What up, my people, my posse, my fellow crazies? It's your host, Tiffany Carter, and this is the show that is going to help you grow your business, your bank account, that big beautiful brain of yours, your relationships, your abundance, and everything in between.
You don't just build the bigger business, attract the bigger audience, the dream relationship, the lifestyle-changing money, the visibility, and the freedom.
You have to become the version of yourself who can actually hold it, and this is where people completely misread what's happening to them.
They think the problem is the decision in front of them, and the decision isn't the real battle.
Because your conscious mind is focused on what it wants, right? "I want to make the biggest impact and have hundreds of thousands and millions of followers on social media.
I want to make all of this money without having to grind away or be dependent on any person, place, thing, job, or institution again.
I want my life to change." But your subconscious is running a completely different calculation, and truly, there's nothing you can do about that.
Just like on your laptop or on your phone, there are programs running that you can't turn off, because if you turn them off, the whole system wouldn't work.
So your subconscious is saying shit like, "What changes about me if I actually do get it, if this does happen? What will people expect from me? What happens if more people judge me? What if I can't maintain it? What if my relationships change? What if I can no longer hide behind blank? What if my excuses disappear? What if people finally find out I'm a fraud? What if I can't deliver and people get mad at me?" And that is where the resistance comes in.
A collection of beliefs about who you are, what you do, and what you're capable of, and what people like you experience, and what's normal for you.
When your desired future, okay, what's on the other side of the quantum jump, requires a behavior that contradicts that self-concept that has been truly cemented in for decades, you create identity conflict, which is why you feel like you're doing the cha-cha right now.
One day, even one hour, you're going for it, you're doing it, you're expanding the business, you're going all in on the thing, you're locking in, and then the next hour, you're completely frozen.
Your new identity is pulling you towards expansion, and your established identity is pulling you towards consistency.
