A-and I mention this in large part because of her death from, uh, overdose and wondering what might have happened had she had access to mental health care, um, and, and to point out the fact that, um, access to mental health care, um, historically has changed, that people who were rich and wealthy who you would have expected to have access, um, are, don't necessarily fare, um, um, uh, any better than our indigent patients.
