Have any of you guys ever, or were any of you guys as a kid one of those type of people where you look forward so much to a certain situation, like say your birthday, or I don't know, something like that, and you just want so, so, so, so badly for it to happen that you start planning it way, way in advance? This is definitely the opposite of procrastination, but I feel like it's part of the ADHD thing.
I don't know, the hyper fixation, hyper focusness, which isn't ADHD.
I don't know.
Yeah, I have that issue.
I remember when I was a kid, probably, I think I was turning 12 or 13, one of those like big birthdays.
My family, we used to do like every four years was your big birthday.
And then every other year you could have friends at your birthday.
So you had like at eight years old, you would have a really big birthday.
And then at 12 years old, 16 years old, and then 18 years old.
So maybe it's every six years.
I don't know.
But at eight years old and 16 years old, I know for sure.
And then I think 18 years old as well.
No, probably just eight, 16, and I think 12.
I was probably turning 12.
Anyways.
I think my birthday's in July.
I'm pretty sure in January or December.
I was so, so, so excited for my birthday and I just wanted all the time to pass that I started planning it and like filling my head with all these things that I need to plan.
I started planning out what the decorations would literally look like on the wall.
I started planning out the itinerary of what we would do throughout that entire day through the party, the party favors, the games that we were going to play, what I was going to wear, what I was going to have on the invites, designing the invites for Yeah, everybody now at this ripe, mature age knows that that is not how that works.
Except my ripe, mature brain hasn't gotten that into its head enough to not do that.
There's one thing specifically, I'm not going to go into details, that I really, really, really, really, really want.
Really want to have happen.
I've been wanting to have this happen for quite a while.
