So my question, Anna, is do you think it's really as simple as just eating less? The short
answer? Nope.
The long answer is that this myth has done more damage to a lot of women who are doing a lot of things right.
So here is what is actually happening when people search for why am I not losing weight eating less.

So the answer is not that like so your body is not a calculator.

And when you eat less without addressing why your body is holding on, you often just trigger a more aggressive protection response.
