There's a version of exhaustion that just isn't physical.
It's emotional too.
It happens when your body is so depleted that your heart goes quiet.
and it's heartbreaking you desire to serve your creativity your patience with people you love it all runs on the same fuel system and when that cyst is dysregulated you don't just feel tired you feel unavailable and here's where here's what's wild the most women that i work with like They don't even realize that they've gone offline.
They're still showing up.
They're going through the motions.
They're serving.
They're saying yes.
And they're running on fumes and calling it faithfulness.
And then they just kind of ask the question, why do I feel so burned out? That's not stewardship.
That's martyrdom.
1 Corinthians 6, 19 through 20 says your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, not a machine to be pushed until it breaks.
A temple is a dwelling place, something you tend with intention.
So when we talk about tools like peptides, I'm not talking about optimization for the that smaller pair of jeans or go on vacation.
I'm talking about restoring that dwelling place so the spirit has somewhere to move.
That's the connection.
That's the stewardship.
