But when I had this realization, what I realized is we first learn to act from the physical body.

So the food and physical pleasures and sleep, et cetera, the necessity for running the body.

So when you operate from real self, we can actually see consciously your thoughts, what vibrations are attached part of conditioning to your thoughts.

And those vibrations create or makes us experience the emotions attached with that word or that thought.

So if somebody comes angry at us, we were programmed that we need to defend ourself by reacting with anger.

Now, consciously, we can tell ourselves a million times that I'm not going to be angry anymore.

But when somebody walks to us creating a situation, we, by default, without even thinking, we react with anger.

But when you operate from real self, you know that you learned to react with anger.

So now you are in your conscious control and you can change that to calmness.

So what's going to happen is that the other person is not going to receive the desired outcome from you.

Every single emotion that is not serving us, whether it's stress, whether it's imposter syndrome, whether it's not feeling enough, all these.
