So what is embodied leadership? How do you define it? What is your perspective on it?

Embodied leadership is ultimately being able to feel your life behind your words.

If you're talking about something, but you're not walking that walk that you're talking about, that's disembodied.

And then from a leadership perspective, it means that your message has roots.

So you might not be perfectly, but you're teaching from your own lived embodied felt experience of life.

Quick example of what Ashley's like, Alluding to and explaining very clearly at the same time, but there's a lot there's a lot there so.

One example is like I had been following someone who you know I really just resonated with their message on social media right they had a great following great programs.

And then when they finally came back, they were coming back from this space of not shame and judgment or anything like that, no fear.

But the reason why I had to go offline is because I felt like I was out of integrity with my leadership.

And I don't want to say if it's he or she, but the person, doesn't matter who it is, they said, I was disembodied.

One, I was so like appreciative that someone was able to come out and have not just a self-awareness, but also to inform the audience like, hey, like I recognize this.
