You know, the most successful brands that I've worked on in my career, they don't succeed by pretending to be something they weren't.

Most accomplished professionals that I've run across already have experience, wisdom, and the strengths that they need for what happens next.

And you'll hear a lot of what I talk about is the thread that goes through somebody's life.

So the question that I get faced with is that, you know, you don't need to figure out who you need to become.

It's what has my life been trying to show me? Because once you can answer that, now you don't have to start over.

I love that question where you leap, you guide people to this question, right? Because everyone wants to reinvent themselves.
