Episode 157: Discernment Defict| When the oil is contaminated series

Now, this series is a four-part podcast series and it's based on my book called When the Oil is Contaminated.

When the Oil is Contaminated.

Now, We've already taught episodes one and two.

Episode one was called Gifted But Unhealthy.

Episode two was called How Leaders Drift.

Now in episode one, Gifted But Unhealthy, we talked about when function outruns formation.

And you guys know that I'm really big on proper formation.

And it's not just a Dr. Baker-ism.

this is the model that christ used with the disciples it was the for it was formed before sent he formed them first and then he sent them and that is why i wrote the book called formed before sent and that will be the follow-on series to when the oil is contaminated but again Formation is so important and in episode number one gifted but unhealthy when the function outruns the formation we talked about how a gift can oftentimes outrun formation and we talked a little bit about how the person can be gifted but they can have what I would consider not so great character.

not so great character but if you haven't listened to episodes one and two please go back and listen to it so that you can get the entirety of what i am teaching inside of when the oil is contaminated framework now in episode number two that episode was very interesting because it was titled how leaders drift and we talked about the subtle path to contaminated oil i talked about how You don't just wake up one day and someone doesn't have their convictions anymore.

You don't just wake up one day and you are just totally contaminated.

We talked about how contamination is a slow process.

And I gave you six signs to be able to utilize.

And that was called the oil integrity framework.

That's what that was when we was walking through that to check to.

Test someone's oil integrity.

I gave you a framework.

Remember, I'm about frameworks.

And if you're, again, the first time on this channel and you don't know what a framework is, go back to my podcast.

This says frameworks.

And you will understand why I teach in frameworks.

There's nothing new.

This is how the Christ taught.

He taught in frameworks.

When he utilized parables, parables are frameworks.
