But first of all, a quick Lindsay Clancy update, because I know many of you are invested in this just as I am.
And there has been a development overnight, which is that the judge has rejected the defense's request to investigate the loan holdout juror, including questioning him and examining his phones.
Now, this is really interesting because Kevin Reddington thought these investigations would help with the next steps for Lindsay and where the case goes.
But like every other application that Reddington has made on behalf of Lindsay Clancy, they have all been rejected by Judge Sullivan.
But apparently there are limits to looking inside jury deliberations and information that emerged afterwards, he says, doesn't change what the court already knew when the judge declared a mistrial.
Now, there is a separate claim that has been circulating online about her car being detailed shortly after the children's deaths and subsequently sold.
So reportedly, while Lindsay was still unconscious and recovering from her catastrophic injuries, and in fact, It may have even been while baby Callan was still on life support or potentially around the time he was taken off it.
The discussion and the documents that have come out online say that apparently her car was taken to a car detailer who give it a full thorough clean out and then it was listed for sale the next day.
Now, that has caught the attention of a lot of people, including me and some of the incredible legal analysts and a defense lawyer who I follow online.
They're all saying this is very interesting information because if you are... genuinely an innocent person in this case and your children have been brutally murdered and your wife is paralyzed and in a coma in hospital your youngest child is just barely alive and on life support why are you thinking about detailing the car and selling it and according to the documents or a conversation that had with somebody working at this car detailer place.
The person they spoke to, who apparently preferred to remain anonymous, said that Lindsay Clancy, or at least a woman claiming to be Lindsay Clancy, brought the car in and says it was her car and authorized it to be cleaned and to be sold.
And I wonder if at any point they're actually going to be addressed because this, to me, is just one of the – the next hundred jigsaw pieces that don't fit together.
You know, if my child, God forbid, was on life support in hospital, the last thing I would be thinking about doing is getting the car cleaned and listing it for sale.
If my wife was, my partner was unconscious in a coma and paralyzed and potentially had done these things, I would be wanting to find out every bit of information I could.
